In this video we print a couple of objects utilizing UV paste vinyl ester resin on our 7 UV. This material can be fortified with many different additives including carbon, which results in a very weather resistant and rugged objects.
UV paste extruder opens up a whole another avenue of larger scale composite materials production.
For the first time it becomes financially feasible to print large scale composite components. All of our efforts on the resin side have gone into coming up with formulations that are inexpensive enough to use on in large scale projects.

This is 3D Potter 7 UV in operation. This is a unique system in all of the 3D printing industry primarily because we are able to use direct extrusion with a UV reactive paste.  The other huge advantage is the price, Instead of paying $250 per gallon for DLP resin that most of the other printers use, our resin is aggressively priced at $60 a gallon or even less in quantity. Now it's practical to do something real instead of just small trinkets. We can extrude with a fine nozzle (2mm) all the way up to 10mm. The curing starts as soon as the composite matrix comes out of the nozzle. Your not limited by the height because of sagging or collapse due to the extruded material not being able to support its own weight

Some of these composite resins are extremely chemically resistant and structurally far superior to ABS and PLA. There's also the opportunity to add reinforcement material such as carbon nano-tubes and many other composite microfibers to the matrix mixture.
