3D Potter's new Scara Mixcell is our latest offering to support the new industry of 3D printing cementitious materials.

Our large Mixcell was designed for the injection of accelerants into the cementitous materials during the 3D printing operation. You have a precise computer control over the flow of the accelerant.

We also have an integrated water injection system for immediate clean up and purging of the mixing chamber after printing operation or during setup.

Our Mixcell works especially well with the new products from Sika Corporation. Sika 733 and 752F

Our in-house testing shows material hardening within 6 to 10 seconds after leaving the nozzle. This opens up tremendous opportunities when you design objects with overhangs that would not be possible to print without the accelerator. With the accelerator we are capable of printing large 8-10 ft objects with a small cross section non-stop.

The Mixcell with accelerator injection gives you the opportunity to continually print a large project such as a habitat structure without stopping or waiting for the material to harden.

This truly is a game changer when it comes to 3D printing cementitious materials.

We also have an integrated water injection system for immediate clean up and purging of the mixing chamber after printing operation or during a setup.

The unit comes with a reservoir tank of 1.5 gallons, which can be easily increased to customers specifications.
